I'm saying that once BB hits our version, anything NEW to our version that was released before BB cannot be put in after BB.

As an example:

There is Content X which was released in JMS before BB was available. Let's say that we don't get Content X and get BB instead. Once we get BB, we can no longer get Content X.

Another example:

There is Content X which was released in JMS before BB was available. Nexon acquires it and releases it in GMS, then upgrades to BB. This updates smoothly to BB.

So, any WT areas we don't get before BB, we won't ever get? That's a little disheartening if true. xD
