a 55 attack skanda is NOT the same price as a 60-61 craven. It's not even close.
An avg skanda is 33 attack, so you would need 22 more attack over average to get the 55 atk skanda you're talking about. An avg craven is 46 attack, add 22 attack to that?? 68 attack.......
If any NL in this game wants to trade their 68 attack craven for a 55 atk skanda PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE tell me. Comparing a +22 atk scrolled skanda to a +14 atk scrolled craven is hardly a fair comparison, considering the craven will be much much cheaper.
Yeah, craven's and sleeves are expensive, and skandas aren't? Not to mention craven's and sleeves are constantly being reimbursed into the economy through boss fights.

The strongest NLs in the game are NOT using skandas/musashis for a reason. It's not because they're stupid to not go dexless skanda user; it's because they're smart enough not to go dexless skanda user.
The reason a dexless bandit has a better chance to be as strong as a normal bandit is because bandits dont rely as heavily on weapon attack as hermits do. They can have slightly less attack, but make up for it in luck equips. But in the end, they too fall short after they've maxed out the weapon attack they can squeeze from their fan/kebob. The difference in hermits is that their damage formula makes every single attack count.
As i've already said, theres so much to be taken advantage of dexwise, that it doesnt make any sense at all to be dexless. Everything you can scroll for luk, you can scroll for dex too, but the same can't be said vise versa. It will bring up your damage range alot more to give up points in luk, to gain points in attack, rather than give up points in attack, to gain points in luk.

EXACTLY. After you're done getting the best skanda you can.... where are you going to get more weapon attack??? A lowdex hermit can just upgrade to a higher lvl claw.
