no theyre not. its so much easier to scroll a 60atk scarab than a 60atk skanda. cravens and sleeves are always dropping. skandas stopped. skandas are now either blowing up or being finished up; like maple shields. plus, even with a 50 base dex, 60+ atk craven users are stronger than dexless skanda users... because the skandas are only in the high 40's and low to mid 50's. they cant compare to 60+atk cravens.

play with numbers and see for yourself. low dex is usually stronger because when you can no longer squeeze out watk from skandas, you have to look somewhere else for watk.
