MSEA v0.96 patch notes

Pretty sure this helps support the theory that Neo City will come to MSEA. I think they even editted the npc names a little. Anyways, I'm jealous if dark tokens drop from every single mob. That's tottally lame, since GMS had them all drop from only area bosses/bosses. This reminds me of how MSEA got the better MoNs in CWKPQ. There are going to be tons of 9-10+ att belts going around. Though, I will say Olivia's chair is pretty epic. Grats to them for witch belts and Olivia chairs in this patch. =3=
