Sairs are left out AFAIK but gain 40 HP per AP. So washing after BB is significatly better for sairs.

Correct me if any of that is wrong. Based most of that off Fiel's HP wash mechanic thread

They actually don't. The value per AP is incHPVal, which is 18, same as always.
