Yeah dexless bandits suck after level 100, but hermits don't. The most used lowdex claw is still scarab, which is only 1(!!!) attack higher on avarage then the dexless skanda. 1 Attack loss is certainly worth gaining at least 50 luk ._. And like I said dexless will usually > lowdex IF they both have the same funds.
