Also, Lucky Dice for hp increasing is a piece of shi't. you throw a dice once every three minutes and 20 seconds - ONE of the throws can be hp increase. Lucky Dice is a nice boost, but do not depend on it!
Like everyone said before, our hp doesn't really change unless you have some skill that alters the immediate HP. So those points you have in your HP won't give you any more than they already have. It sucks, but what can we do with the changing game?
With this in mind, would it be better for me to try and level my Buccaneer now or would it be smarter to just chillout till BB?
