All clasess recive hp boost skills. (even magicians since mp=hp for them)
Most of them are passive, except for:
Pirates (Lucky dice)
Mechanics (Not % boost but a fixed hp boost)
Wild Hunters (While on jaguar and they have a skill that upgrades that boost for a certain period of time.)
Battle mages and Dark knigts get huge hp boosting skills (Conversion and Hyper Body)
The ones with the highest passive hp boost are Warriors (20%) You could also count Wild hunters since their hp boost is 40% and since they are on their jaguar all the time, you may as well count it as a passive skill.
Of course, no mage other than Battle mages get really HP boost skills.
