Except if you know how to do the 5% essay and skip it knowing full well how easily you could have completed it, you really have no excuse no matter how hard the 30% test was. A wise student would prepare well in advance for both issues and have them both covered. Setting priority tiers is no excuse for procrastination of any issue.
