I hear you and I still believe that something had to happen if ToS were not followed. Like I've just pointed out in another thread...Why would they hurt their own business by randomly banning players?
If they are innocent, they need to open a ticket and see what can be done to remedy the situation. It happened before and Nexon were straight enough to put them back on the rankings and unban them.
Their customer service may not be the most amazing out there, but I still believe in their impartiality (unless it coincides with their amazing -read lack- of programming talents).
