No, but I'll say sorry if I immediately recognised that I just treated somebody like dirt or have been bitchy to them for that reason. Sometimes, it increases your irritability to the point where somebody else is the one who pushes it past the breaking point. In those times, you notice you're bitchy, which is when I apologize. Other times, I may not be reasonable but I never notice it until after that period of time -- and then I smack myself for it.
It's all about warning somebody ahead of time so that you don't regret doing stuff that you later on realize is wrong. -- By then, it can be too late to correct your actions. I duno about you, but I personally would rather apologize ahead of time than to loose a friend 'cause I was being an idiot.
From girl to girl, we're more understanding of each other. Though, it doesn't mean that PMS is a perfect reason to be bitchy -- it's not. Personally, I've never actually lashed out at my female friends. I guess with time, they learnt to pick up when not to push it and what goes too far. I still do apologize to my girl friends that I've lashed out though.
