From what I noticed, this error took the place of the 15sec lag spike DC -> Crash problem. The same exact methods cause this error to occur that would cause the lag spike to DC you.

Also I got this error about 4 times during the Hob King Pre-Requisite JQ, but never got it during the Kaede JQ.
