I don't understand.
Why making something like this? There's everything in the data to make it possible to enter the area, do the quests, etc. They could as well open it now.
But it's most likely filler for Big Bang, so.. yeah. I guess it'll be the same for the Ghost Ship Dual Race. They only need a Server Maintenance to add the option to the Dimentional Mirror.
