Well Ravanna is +18 all compared to 17/15/15/15 or 15/17/15/15 from a Scarlion, and Czhelms are ridic expensive, so if you have a +18 all hat with 3 lines of potential that suits you just fine, ditch it in favor of an inferior or far more expensive item when you don't need to? Seems like it'd make the most sense to maker a 70+ class hat and get door on that--it may be restricted by class if you wanna sell it or door, but you don't have to drop $3 if you want to trade it.
