Also, was this poll before or after KMS created Neo City? If it was before, it's possible they were considering adding it, and when KMS made neo city they disregrded it.

Edit: I just saw the extractions, and I'd say that's definite proof we're getting Ulu City and Ghost Ship PQ. As for proof for getting it next month... we'll see.
The poll option was right before Neo City. Everyone got angry at Hime because of it. Options were Neo Tokyo, something, something, or other. I can't remember exactly what was on the poll, and I'm not going to go dig for it on Nexon forums. They chose "other", which was Neo City. Then all the drama about how Neo City was nerfed and that they wanted Neo Tokyo started.
Also, there is a translated cyrstal npc with the tell_tokyo script in the patch. It leads me to beleive we're getting it. Why would they translate something we're not getting?
