Everytime you get hit, an item losses 1 durability. Some attacks also make it lose 1 durability.
1 durability =/= 1%.
Most items have around 25000 durability.
yes i hate something that i dont know how it works. i know you can't use regular scrolls on it, and it wears down when used. therefore i dont like it (:
and i didnt say i hate in the beginning, i just said disgusting.
