The only thing that will actually be a filler is an event. If it's a permanant area, it's not filler. There will never be a patch on the epic scale of Big Bang again, because the game doesn't need such a massive revamp anymore. So, with this previous logic, Big Bang is the only real patch? Also, don't forget about the durability factor on the earrings. You'll need to repair them often if you take damage often.

How does durability system work? Seeing that your just wearing them their durability goes down?
