Which, is why I said, we will have to wait and see. Calculating time in GMS is not possible because we've never had Neo Tokyo. That gives no length of time to assume for the release of the patch. Seriously, just because we have Neo City does not mean we cannot have Neo Tokyo. One is the future of the maple world, and one is the future of just zipangu. Not all of the maps are even in Neo City. It is darn possible. If it doesn't happen, who gives a flippin' pineapple, but it could happen. Things are just similar, not exactly the same. >.> Quests and plot are hugely different. Thus it can be done, reguardless of how similar they look.
Neo Tokyo was also a poll option before the Neo City patch. Either they didn't know the difference, or they were planning to add both I think. They wouldn't add an area to the poll, that they're never getting.

Big Bang Patch (Resistance with Battle Mage and Wild Hunter)
Mechanic Job added to Resistance (December or January)
Also, I have this epic feeling that Lionheart Castle and the pq will come out as a Valentine's Day patch. Mainly due to the woman that Van Leon loved and couldn't protect dying. D;
