This isn't entirely true, training is actually harder post-BB. I don't see why people make the misconception and correlation that Lower EXPTNL = Easier leveling. It'll still be hell to level after 17x, just like it is now.

Level cap increase would make me so pissed. Last thing in the world that I want is a level cap increase.
