After mess was over and Jimmy's duties were taken care of, he wandered back up on deck for a moment before heading to bed. He was disappointed to see that he couldn't gaze up at the stars - a thick fog had rolled in, and he couldn't see more than 100 feet in any direction. As he was about to head belowdecks, he noticed movement out of the corner of his eye. Jimmy looked out into the fog, and for a split second thought he saw a faint outline of a ghostly ship with tattered sails. Then, as quickly as it had appeared, it sank back into the fog. Jimmy shook his head, convinced he had imagined it, and headed off to sleep.

The cap'n was pacing in front of the body of Jack O'Hoolihan. He had been discovered in the early morning dangling from the rigging, his throat slit. Horrible, though Jimmy, right after what happened last evening too. The crew was silent - the only sound was from the ocean around them and the occasional curse word spat from the cap'n's mouth as he paced. Finally he stopped and looked up. "I told ye all last night - no more mistakes. This be another good man o' me crew dead now, and I won't be havin' another follow him. Find me them damned ninjas, or so help me I'll kill every last one o' ye just to be rid of them for good! Now get to your duties!"
The crew scattered, with Jimmy hurrying ahead of the others. He wanted to be as far from the cap'n as he could - the man had quite a temper.
