The monster HP and experience are both controlled by their side, so they should just nerf it beyond anyone wanting to train on it until they fix it with a patch.
So is it legal to leave a rock there while you watch? It's botting, but you're there.
They could easily just throw out an emergency patch and call it '0.59b'.
