I'm not entirely sure what training spots there are in GMS, but if you have the patience, you can wait until Big Bang comes out for Brandish to be moved to 3rd job. That will help out grinding at Wind Raiders by quite a large portion. Also, after the Big Bang arrives in GMS, DEX equips won't be needed at all. You can go pure STR (equips included) and you'll hit all of the monsters around that level 100% easily.
I mean my normal training spots around this level are Windraiders, C-2, and MP3. The only one I like is C-2.
I've thought about strictly merchanting until BB is released so that I don't even have to worry about it, then buy STR % equips with the money. I think this is the best way to go, but it gets boring. Especially on Galicia.
