Sorry, the "you don't appreciate how hard it is" line doesn't work for me.
would you accept
"You don't know how hard it is to pilot a jetliner"
"You don't know how hard it is to play the piano"
"You don't know how hard it is to cook for hundreds"
"You don't know how hard it is to teach kindergarteners"
"You don't know how hard it is to build cars"
as excuses for doing a poor job?
I'm sorry, if this is how you choose to make your living, do a decent job. I don't care how hard it is. Others can do it, so can you.
I'm not asking for bug-free code. I know that's not possible, and nobody delivers it. All I am asking is the same level of QA and customer relations as other companies in the same field provide. If they can, Nexon can. And as long as they don't, I will criticize them.
