Question: Do you torrent? And if so, do you find that you disconnect when launching your torrent program?

Torrent no. Stream yes.

Connected wirelessly. adapter is atheros AR028X, it has dcing issues due to driver issues and has been fixed for more than 2 years ago second week of purchase. My wireless router is only next door.

The lease times based on user settings are set to renew once a month. I've switched to a new router altogether (ASUS RT-N16), problem is persisting..

= = i don't know how this IP leasing business works but would calling a tech to come check outer house wiring help? DC every couple hours is ridiculous. Tech support says they cant help.
