I did write up a general procedure about how Threaten works in regards to mob damage here. I encourage you to look at it.
According to your [KOR] Adventurer Skill Revamps extraction Threaten removes 30% of the enemy's attack defence and accuracy.
lvl 20 - MP 24 Consumption, 80 seconds the enemy's attack, Defense -30%, -30% accuracy --- 8 seconds
So i take it that it means -30% of the monsters PDRate.
Since blast is -21% of PDrate if the PDrate is 25 would the new PDRate be 25*.3 = 8, 25-8 = 17, 17*.21 = 4, 17-4 = 13
So would 13 be the new PDrate? (didnt know wich way to round)
Also does BB threaten still give full 50% damage reduction to bosses? i know it did in tespia but is it the same in official Kms release.
