A 100% bug free game is not what we ask for. What we want is a game where bugs are less serious and the worst of the worst are taken care of before small non-critical bugs are fixed later on. That's where Quality Assessment come into play.
As I said earlier... fixing the disconnection and Vista/7 bugs should have been first priority. Fixing Chaos Horntail Necklaces so they can't be Hammered was a minor problem so they should have been less a priority. Inserting new items into the Cash Shop was a minor problem as well.
Any seasoned and good developer will tell you. Fix big bugs first, then worry about the small stuff as you have time for it. You need the program running first and stable before you do anything else, and you always keep track of the way the program runs so no further problems re-arise.
