2. No it isn't, if you want to play something in your free time yet it isn't allowing you to do so due to LACK OF PROPER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT, you have every right as the consumer to nag about the lack of customer service shown upon a product that you're using. Free or not.
