Game Disconnecting Issues w/ Windows Vista or 7

So I suppose this "solution" explains why my ticket about it was finally closed today. They had sent me 7 we're backlogged, but we'll get to you messages over the past month and a half about it, but only closed it now with basically the same crap they put in that post.

I still think the only reason they didn't close it immediately was because I associated it with being unable to use an NX item (FM shop) with any reliability at all.

All the same, nothing's fixed.
