Dual Blades after Big Bang

I´m dying to know whats going to change for DualBladers after big bang...
Like what gets nerfed what gets buffed, new skills and whatever.
I´ve been trying to find it here on southperry but i keep overlooking it i think, because i cant seem to find it. >_<
Could anyone redirect me to where this info is or tell what the changes are?
