Thanks!! :] But I actually don't have a HT pendant. It's a Star Deputy Pendant. 5/5/5/5 100 HP/MP.
You have equips really similar to mine and a great potential but your dex is kinda high. Try switching to FS + Craven. 
Btw, a 58 attack Black scarab sold for 1B (999,999,999) in Scania today so yeah your Scarab should be at least 900m. With 900 mil you can get a 62 att Craven.
