Tenshi means angel and fureta means touched. But ni means that the touching was done at or to the angel, not by it. Yo doesn't mean anything in most translations, so it can be safely ignored in this case. I think the title is something like "Touched an Angel", but that sounds kind of awkward. This would be the part where a translation company puts in their own little flavor to make it sound more natural.

Disclaimer: I don't actually know Japanese yet, but I know enough about particles to help out with that song title.

But yeah, I liked that song too. Kind of a sad scene. But don't worry Azunyan, they'll be with you in the OVA!
