I was planning to make this thread to either confirm or debunk my alliance has been talking about

They keep saying 2h >> 1h since with braveslash, speed doesn't matter and it will attack the same speed regardless. Can someone please comment on this? From everything I know, i'm pretty sure the answer is a definite no, and speed still effects brave slash, and that the speed cap on it hasn't changed.
