1h vs. 2h after BB

I believe Stereo once stated that you gain approximately 8% DPS for every attack level. So, figure that the common 1H sword is Fast(5) versus 2H Sword's Normal(6).

1.2 * 1.08 = 1.296

So it is slightly weaker unless you can get a Fast(4) sword. The entire benefit of a 1H sword is that you get the shield which can also be potentialed.

Also, DPS means less and less as you get higher in levels anyway. At higher levels you want to prevent overkill. For example, if it takes two swings from a 1H sword or two swings from a 2H sword, the attack and DPS of the swords are irrelevant. You're going to want the 1H sword because it will kill faster, not necessarily because of the DPS. On the contrary, if it takes 1 hit with 2H sword and 2 hits with a 1H sword, you're always going to want to pick the 2H sword.

So, I really have to ask, "Why do you want to know?" Picking either sword solely based on DPS doesn't work, especially at your 13x level.

I want to know because I wanted to know how 1h vs. 2h swords fared now. Before potential came to KMS the choice for everyone was 2h swords because there were no shield attack scrolls. But after potential I felt as if 1h swords were the way to go for DPS, like for bossing. When I suggested it to the heroes/paladins in KMS they sort of shoved me off because they didn't have the money to make a godly shield. Then I looked at the new damage formulas. I am not sure what the old damage formulas were, but a .12 difference didn't seem like much. That's why I am wondering, without a shield, how DPS fares between a 1h sword and 2h sword that are both average and equal in level and scrolling. Then the 1h user could easily get a +3% STR shield or something which would most likely make up for any discrepancy, while still giving them the potential to get more damage than a 2h sword. Also, for paladins, shields also double your defense and I am not sure how good that 4th job shield skill is. Also, if you have the same hits to KO a mob, you might as well use the faster weapon.
