1h vs. 2h after BB

With BB, the weapon formulas were all changed. Looking at 1h swords vs. 2h swords, I see that the difference in the formulas is multipliers. 1h swords get 1.2x and 2h swords get 1.32x. Does this .12 difference mean much when 1h swords can attack faster? If bother weapons are originally average attack, and then scrolled similarly, which would have a higher DPS? This is omitting a shield. Assume bother users have the same level, STR, DEX, etc. The only difference is their weapon.
