Someone posted it awhile back. It required the Tao and some ores, not sure if there was anything else.
But it only said what materials were needed to infuse Tao of X with Raven's Y, not which prefix was associated with which Tao. My guesses, though, are:
Tao of Sight: Dusk
Tao of Shadows: Night
Tao of Harmony: Dawn
Just what I think based on the colors of the Taos and weapons.
