97 Sniper:

Advantages:
Can solo great, can control mobs and single targets with ease, and does great damage for all occasions. Lots of variaty, and even more in 4th job.

Disadvantages: In 4th job, not the best at anything. Decent bossers, but not the best. Decent mobbers, but not the best. No mobility or guard skills.
