So I'm thinking of restarting my page. :> He's level 59, Dexless, BW. I know, so creative. :x
Anyway, I have no idea where to train. At the moment, I'm dead broke. Selling some stars and old gach scrolls on my sin in hopes of getting some income. If all works out well, I'll have 20-30m or so at my hands.
I'm thinking about adding Dex. I can live with a low Dex build, not too keen on using a Maple Weapon till 70. Course, I know I have the 64 Maple Weapon laying around on my Islander, so I might just use that. :|
Anyway, questions.

• Where should I train? At the moment, my range, acc, and other stuff that comes in handy. I have around 500k in mesos and a few hundred pots between my Page and sin, more after I NPC some stuff. :x (Edit: Sold some scrolls. Now I got 21m. :>)

• How much does it cost to stay Dexless into the mid 70s? 80s? (I'm in Khaini, but rough estimates are fine.) How much cheaper would it be to pump my Dex up 20-30 or so points? How much damage would that cost me?
