In my opinion it's suspicious. The connection is that both of them did it. In general I find roleclaiming even if it's a powerless character to be a suspicious defense mechanism since it's like "Don't vote for me because I am so and so." However to be honest, Claw isn't all that suspicious, I was mostly defending myself against his claims of my votes making me suspicious by using his own votes against him since in fact a lot of people are on equal ground with me when it comes to "suspicious" voting.
