If you use lightweight pro and marathon pro, you run very fast and climb over obstacles quickly. I use a light machine gun because it does alot of damage and has alot of bullets. I use the Rafficas Akimbo because you get double ammo technically, and they fire a 3 bullet burst which almost always kills in 1 trigger pull.
Marathon + Lightweight pro has your character running ~96% speed. An assault rifle user runs at 95% speed with LW, and an SMG user runs at 100% speed without lightweight. Ths strongest LMGs, without stopping power, do 40 damage at any range. That is 3 bullets to kill at any range when the person has 100 health. The UMP does 40 damage at close range and 35 at max range. This means that the UMP is as effective at killing at any range as the strongest LMGs, but you run much faster (110%) speed with lightweight. Additionally, SMGs have faster aiming times. irc, it takes .2 seconds for any SMG to aim-down-sight, .25 for an AR to ADS, and .3 seconds for any LMG. The only benefit using an LMG gives you is ammo and possibly more accuracy at range if you're using a grip, but the UMP is not hard at all to manage its recoil. Ya, and the rafficas akimbo are a great gun to use. They get the quickdraw bonus of a pistol, which means you swap to them much quicker than any other secondary. Additionally, they have near identical stats as the M16, they just start dealing 30 damage much closer than the M16 does and they have a 20 bullet magazine, iirc. So essentially, you're running a quickdraw, akimbo M16. Also, you might like akimbo G18s. They have a SUPEr tight spread, high rate of fire, and really take foes down quickly. But, if you can use rafficas effectively I'd say they're better. G18s are a bit more spray and pray and rafficas.
