Definitely an amazing micro moment, probably something he just came up with on the fly. If he had one or two Vikings earlier in the game to snipe overlords because the only anti-air was Queens, he would have had such a greater lead, I'd say, since Tanks and Hellions destroy Hydralisks, and Thors destroy Mutalisks, not to mention the Spire takes eons to build.
