Apparently this is a reliable korean site for post-BB drops, and it says that TT30 now drops from Rextons as well as Horntail.
Strangely enough I can't find either Paralyze 20 or 30 in there.
I can confirm that drop. I got it the other day there while trying out someone's mechanic.

Umm, judging by the price of MW30 (200m+, as reference a CHTP - 330m, HTP - 70~100m, czhelm - 70~120m, zhelm - 20m, MW20 - <10m) could it just be Chaos HT? I am not sure if they're the same levels, though.
