- "uye" is a single vowel, combined by 3 smaller vowels meshed together into a single sound, individually, they read: "oo", "ee" and "eh" ("et" for French).
No, I'm not a Nguyen if you're wondering. As for why Nguyen is so everypineappleingwhere, I don't really have a clue. Perhaps the Nguyen Dynasty being the last of its kind has something to do with it.
