i havnt seen te knife/sword in anything, theres 2 fists, which actually tele you thru the map. Also, the second fallen head and the totem look similar @-a

As for the names, if the "MTstuffxxx" is the real names, would the numbers be for levels?

the fists are really just the same thing though. anyway the file names are unchanged, those numbers don't mean anything though. they're just numbers.

I've never seen that Dagger either. I do remember Taggrin or Jack talking about a knife on some trees that you could use to reach some place (probably the Valley of Heroes), but I've never seen on while walking around searching for them.

Yeah, supposedly they're stuck in the sides of trees that lead you to the valley, but they apparently aren't in game.
