While stasis can be used on friendlies, it doesn't make sense to disable one of your teammates for one turn (unless you're trying to protect him, which doesn't make sense, given that nobody has reason to attack him yet). Therefore it's unlikely that he's toss. It'd draw too much attention to him for a teammate to be using it without reason. Again, this is speculative.[/COLOR]
