I have never blocked anyone and I've never really felt annoyed enough to even think about it. The only thing that would cause me to block someone is if they were continuously flaming me. Also, I'd probably be surprised if I was blocked. I don't think I post actively enough or make annoying enough posts for someone to actually block me.
