to clear the 24 blessing up ONCE AGAIN, (sum1 already cleared it up, but i guess its not going through to people easily.)

[SIZE="5"]the skill is simply which cygnus knights can raise by lvling. EVERY 5 levels a cygnus knight is lvled, the skil point goes up one.
therefore making the skill to be raised upto 24.[/SIZE]
