Either my memory is failing me hard, or I must have gone crazy. I submitted a ticket a while ago about this and demanded that they extend my shop permit to make up for not being able to use it. The ticket has had 5 "we're sorry, backlog of tickets" responses and is still open and unresolved, but I think they actually extended it by a month 
. Although, it's been a LOOONG while since I even tried to go into the FM to use the thing, I swore it said that it expired in September before and now says October.
Still haven't fixed the issue though.
