Great more people can get the skills or items they need! Good thing my skill books I need drop from Zakum and ToT monsters. You don't think its a challenge to get 100m or even 200m? If this was such a game breaking exploit NEXON would have shut down the game like they did with the meso exploit or the chaos scroll exploit but Hey! They didn't so it must not be that bad!
If you wanna go ahead and buy a skill or CHTP that was killed from a hacker, go for it. In my eyes, you're just as bad as people who bought chaos scrolls in MTS/FM when chaos exploit was out.
