3b? Not even mw30 is worth 3b. Broa ht is hacked multiple times every night. The only prices I've seen change are mw20 and gen30. Mw20 has gone down like 100m, and gen30 like 200m MAX. Part of this game is supposed to be a challenge, whether it's merching to afford a skill, or leveling up to get on a run to earn one. The only people this helps would be people who can't do either of those. I'm gonna guess, people like you.
If you wanna go ahead and buy a skill or CHTP that was killed from a hacker, go for it. In my eyes, you're just as bad as people who bought chaos scrolls in MTS/FM when chaos exploit was out.
