this just measn everyone shoukld do the 30+ pq all day for the lower level rings/belts to mass them up since it's infinitely repeatable. do your 120 + pq once you're allowed to, then just mass pqq for less than adequate rings just so you can equip them. IMO the rings are more important to me than the 127 weapon considering the 127 weapon is going to be harder than hell to obtain in 22 pqs (at least the one you want). i think i'd be okay with the +2 all rings if i could get all 3 slots.
